2003 Hyundai Santa Fe Car hesitates on acceleration

Car hesitates on acceleration.I am thinking possible fuel filter or sender problem, We also want to replace the spark plugs and not sure how to do it.
Is the fuel filter and sender located in the fuel pump itself?
