2006 Hyundai Getz Hyundai Getz 1600, 16v, automatic

Hi, the getz has started with a problem. When going through the gears, between 2nd and 3rd, it is as if it çlutches" to long, the revs go up and then the gear engages and the vechile lurches forward. Any ideas? What can I do to eliviate this problem? Another thing that happens very seldomly, is that it sometimes doesnt go back to 1st gear when stopping at an intersection. I f one turns off the engine and restarts it, it is fine, woulld appreciate advice with these problems. Thank you.
