Hi, the problem I am having is regarding fuel backup in the tank. As I am fueling up my car, I can fill.3 gallons of gas and it backs up, causing the pump to stop fueling. Not sure what is causing this problem, any suggestions?

First try different angles of the nozzle when filling and check to see the fuel filler hose isnt kinked.

If those are good you may have a restricted or shut check valve on the top on the fuel tank, also you may have a plugged, cracked, vaccum line going to it.

If those two are good then you have a bad carbon canister.
