1998 Hyundai Accent 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

every time that I start my car it has a little tint of white smoke coming from the exhaust but when I rev it it throws out a heavy white smoke. And every time that I fill the oil it is like almost gone the next day there are no oil leeks any where it just burns it way to fast what is wrong with it.

The white smoke sounds like you are getting coolant into the combustion chamber (head gasket problem). As far as the oil, check to see if it is mixing with the coolant. Also, is there any evidence that the coolant is getting into the engine oil.
