1992 Honda Prelude Car will not run

The car was not getting fuel. Put new gas pump in. I am getting spark. The fuel is getting to the injectors, but it will not start. The injectors are not working. What do I need. Do I need an ECM, Main Relay RZ0139 or? Also, I tried to get the computer to tell me what's wrong but it is not working. Any suggestions about this? Is there something wrong with the computer? How do I know. All the fuses are good.

That could be the PGM-FI relay or possibly a bad distributor. Have seen both cause the same problem you are having, even though you have spark the distributor also triggers the injectors
