Spark, Fuel and timing are good -check whether the choke plate is opening up if not it'll dump a lot of fuel and cause it to flood out.

Check the actual fuel pressure could be excessive due to a defective pressure regulator

Is this a throttle body injection-which people at times think of it as carbuerator or it is an actual a carb or a multi point injection.

Pressure reguialtor are mounted within the ends of the fuel rail a little canister looking with a vacuum hose on it

Remove the vacuum hose and inspect for fuel in it or the regulator side if present its a goner.

The color of the spark is orange or blue?

Open up the distributor cap have helper crank engine over while you check whether the rotor is turning.

You're not bugging me my job here is to help you out-I'd have done that earlier if it is-

Do below and tell me what happened

Get a carb cleaner and spray into the carb or the throttle body on an EFI. Did it start and die? If not disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine -have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If so-you have a fuel problem, check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump/pressure regulator and listen to the injector/s are they pulsing or hook up a noid light. No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil, distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors-
