2006 Honda Pilot works, but not really

Heater problem
2006 Honda Pilot 6 cyl Automatic 66K miles

The Air conditioning works fine. When I turned the dial to heat, it would only come in through the vents when the car is moving forward. When stopped, cool air comes in.

What are my options?

2006 Honda Pilot Ex-L 45000

No front vent Heat only rear vents

I have the same problem with same truck.

Mine only blows cold air whether is standing or moving.

Please let me know if you find the answer before me and I will do the same.
