2005 Honda Pilot

When I turn the air conditioning on, it makes a noise and vibrates. When turned on high the vibration intensifies and the center console begins to shake. Could it be the blower vents? Or is in need of AC maintenance?

Hi shula,

The problem is most probably caused by the blower fan motor.
Either something is caught between the fan blade or one or more of the blades are damaged causing the fan to be out of balance. You would need to remove the motor to check.
