My wife was driving today and her van just shut off at the red light. I came to the rescue and diagnosed the car, it turns over but won't run. It's hesitant but I can smell fuel. I've checked the codes and attached the codes on to this website. Those codes were on for awhile though. I'm assuming fuel pump or fuel filter. Any idea what could be going wrong?

Good afternoon,

The first thing I would do is to check the compression.

From the sounds of the cranking, it sounds like the timing belt failed. When that happens the compression drops way down and will not allow the engine to start.

I attached pictures of what the belt should align with on the cam and crank pulleys.
