Ar wont start the battery is fully charged

The car wont start the battery is fully charged and there is clicking sound (sounds like a turn signal clicking ) this sound is comming from inside the car by the inside fuse pannel to the bottom left of the steering column can you help

Hi spit1001,

The noise could be from the security relay located on left side of dash. The sterter relay is located nearby and if the clutch pedal interlock switch is not working, the starter cut relay would not work to provide power to the starter motor.

Disconnect the clutch pedal interlock switch and use a jumper wire to bypass and retest.
