Nothing wont turnover have charged the battery

Hi my honda cr-v wont start when I turn the ignition the park drive and overdrive light comes on and nothing wont turnover have charged the battery but not sure if battery is taking a charge or if I have a fault somewhere else everything else seams to work please help

Check battery voltage, should be at a minimum of 12.1V. If it is lower, try boosting the battery to see if it starts the car.

If not, turn your attention to the starter motor. Check for battery voltage and ignition signal to the starter. Also check the ground cable coming off the transmission to chassis.

I had a problem of my car not starting at times. I took it to the dealer ship 5 times they could not figure it out. I finally got a dealership to listen and they told me to put the car in neutral and turn the key and see if the car starts. I did this and it did. The Neutral switch was bad on the car. This is a common problem with the CRV but Honda won't replace it unless you tell them this happened.
