Civic 91 hard to start

Honda civic 91 DX sedan 230K Km. For the past weeks I have been having a hard time starting my engine. I could hear the click and after a few tries it turn over sometimes too weak and if your lucky it would start. Changed plugs and wires already. Tried battery jumper with another car - just clicks and sometime would turn over but no start. What could be my problem?

If it is getting the power, even under a jumping condition, then you have one of two problems. The ignition switch is bad or the start is at fault. I might favor the starter.
