2004 Honda Civic Won't start when parked uphill

Just acquired this Honda recently and it won't start when it's parked uphill, sometimes even slight. Always starts when parked downhill or level. No other symptoms that I have noticed.

If the fuel level is low, that can happen.

If it can crank and won't fire up, I would suggest checking the main relay. Honda does not have any component that would be affected if it is parked inclined or not.

Test for power supply from main relay to fuel pump when it happens.
