When I start my car in the morning the DRL (daytime running light) is on which it should be until the e-brake is disengaged. Once I disengage the E-brake the light goes off, which it should. When I turn my headlights on, there is no low beam on either the left or the right side, but if I turn the high beams on they will work on both side. As it is only one bulb for the high and low beams would this indicate that there is a problem with the wiring harness? If so, what kind of expense and I looking at as far as a repair goes?

Hi jbyers86,

Did you check the bulbs?
Other components that would affect the low headlights are :
1. Low beam cut relay.
2. Light switch.

I did check the bulbs, I replaced them with new ones the other day and the low beams were still off but the high beams and the daytime running lights work fine.

Check the low beam cut relay to see if it is working.
