2001 Honda Civic skidding

Hi,
When I take a right or left turn from a stopped position the front wheel is like of skidding and within a couple of seconds it will be alright. Why is this because. Do I need to do rotation, alingnment, the tires are like 2.5 years old.

It could be a few things causing this.
Your tires could be old and hardened=Less Traction.
Tires are bald=Also less traction
Could be giving too much gas on acceleration.
