When coming to a stop the cars idle drops and the car cuts off. I have replaced the pcv valve, so I know thats not it. What could be the problem?

Hello,

There are few reasons this can happen.
It would be good idea to clean the throttle body if it has not been cleaned in a while. However most times dirty throttle body will cause power loss issue just about any throttle.

Could also be vacuum leak that causing this issue.

Check this article for diagnose vacuum leak:

Is your check engine light on? If so do you know the codes?
