1997 Honda Civic starting question

So I have a 97 civic with a 98 b18b1 motor in it and when I go out in the morning to start my car the fuel pump primes and the starter clicks and it sort of starts and the falls flat on its face then I try it again and wait for it to idle alittle and give it some gas then it runs just fine and this is in cooled weather by the way what would cause this

You may have moisture buildup inside your distributor cap. Try doing an ignition tune-up to see if this fixes it.
