My coolant is leaking straight down from the resevior to the ground. I suspect it may be the heater hose. Could you tell me where it is located?

Thank you.

Might be radiator cap since I do see excess coolant near the top of the radiator. Is there any telltale signs on the cap itself that would indicate it needs to be replaced? I am trying to troubleshoot this myself since the economy now is bad and mechanics are hurting for $ and they may tell me something I don't need. Would you know how much a pressure test costs?Thank you.

I do not know how much a pressure test would cost and you can sak locally for some quotes.

If the radiator cap rubber seals are hardened or cracked, then it is bad.
