1996 Honda Civic Lost MPH

My car used to run at 2600 rpm to go 60 mph now it takes 3000rpm to go 60mph is my transmission gone? Feels like it isn't going into over drive or something. My fuel milage has gone way down aswell.
I do have a leaky exhaust that will be getting fixed next week.

olease help I don't want to go to the shop having no idea what the problem is

Did you change the tires/wheels by any chance?

No tires are the same. And I keep them at 36 psi I check tire presure every other tank. I have also noticed my engine temp doesnt get up to where it usually is just past halfnow it stays at below half.
And my cruise control no longer works. The engine light doesnt com on either.

This car is making me sick
