1995 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

i have a 1995 honda civic and when I start the car it starts rough and I have to rev the engine for it to run normal and when I rev it white smoke comes out the exsost also im losing coolint so I have to add water some times alot and I dont think there is a leak. Other times I start it and it is fine so I dont know what is?

White smoke coming out from the tail pipe and losing coolant could mean a blown headgasket cracked head and block.

Get block and pressure tested.

When your not physically leaking coolant then you're burning it. Get it block and pressure tested.

There is no leaking so I'm burning it. What would the price range to fix it my self or should I get that fixed by a pro?
