1995 Honda Civic hard to start

I have replaceed the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel presure regulator, and the fuel injectors. I still have a hard time starting when the engine is cold. Any ideas?

Did you check the fuel pressure when you installed all those good stuffs-if not do so and comeback with the pressure readings this is where we start.

Could be the coolant temperature sensor not telling the computer that the engine is cold and needs fuel for a cold start.

Thanks for your input! Really not sure how to check the fuel presure but I will look into it. I also have wondered about the air charge Sensor. Could this cause this simtoms?
