1995 Honda Civic noise

1995 Honda Civic 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 137889 miles

I just bought a car of craigslist it was fine when I test drove it but after 1 day of driving when I make left hand turns there is a knocking sound (when I turn right to but not so bad). It doesnt sound like its coming from the engine it. It does not sound like metal, best way to describe it is a plastic knocking. I need some help

Unroll the windows, find a nice dry spot thats flat and slowly drive it, turning slightly right and left, do you hear a tickign noise?

Also jack up the front end and shake the tires, wiggle them and post back what you find so we can figure it out.
