My 1995 Honda Civic smokes under the hood after driving about 20 minutes or so. I don't have an increase in temp on my gage but it seems like the engine is getting very hot. Replaced the radiator recently and the level has been fine. Also repaired an oil leak on the engine. Engine oil level is fine as well. What is causing it to smoke from under the engine? Something internal in the engine is going?

The smoke is white. It has an odor but not strong like an oil leak. I drove it yesterday and it didnt' smoke at all. Seems like when the weather is warmer it tends to happen.

Seems like you have a coolant leak issue, white smoke indicates water / coolant burning. Check the coolant level in radiator to ensure it is full. If its low than check around for wet spots to see where the leak is at.

If its smoking than some type of fluid is being burnt so you will have to find which fluid it is first then find the leak to that fluid, white smoke usually indicates water or coolant being burnt but not necessarily every time.
