1995 honda civic does not have any electrical power to any of the interior of the car, or to starter. No lights, no radio, no interior lights or anything, however, battery and starter all tested good. Underhood electical fuse box all checks out good as well. Anyone ever have same issue? Please advise. Thanks

Check battery cables and end connections. Make sure grounds are connected very well. Check at all ends (starter, alt. Etc.) Not just the battery.

Is there any corrosion(white salt) on positive battery terminal ) have it cleaned, reconnect. Check if any accessory turns on, clock, radio etc.
