WHEN I TURN THE KEY THE DASH LIGHTS TURN ON AND IT SOUNDS LIKE THE SOLENOID IS ACTUATED, BUT THEN I TRY TO START THE CAR AND GET NOTHING BUT SILENCE, NO NOISES ARE HEARD AT ALL. WHEN WE PUSH THE CAR AND POP THE CLUTCH IT WILL START AND RUN JUST FINE. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS AT THIS POINT?

If battery and connections are okay-start check the following:

Check and test the starter cut relay and clutch interlock switch and starter itself
