I did some more testing on the TDC and the other senser in the distributor, on the ac scale I got a reading of 1.0 on the senser at the bottom of the distributor and.32 on the senser on the top of the distributor. On the ohm scale with the beep I got a reading of.298 and when I turned the distributor shaft I get a beep on the meter when each time the sensers make contact with thier contact wheel.

The specs are low at 298 ohms, comparedto what it needs to be, your specs say it should be 350 to 700. So I should replace the distributor.
