1993 Honda Civic How would I check the fuel pressure?

1993 Honda Civic 4 cyl Manual

I keep getting advice to check the fuel pressure for a 1993 Honda Civic (manual) but I don't know how or what the pressure should be. Any help?

Get a fuel pressue gauge designed for your fuel system-hook it up on the fuel rail test port or fuel filter start the car record the pressure readings with and w/o the vacuum hose on the pressue regulator
