How do you relieve the fuel pressure? I am only doing this because I have some new fuel injectors and a fuel rail that I will be installing in the car.
Do you
have the same problem?

Just pull the hoses off. There isn't that much volume that's going to spray out. The textbook way is to apply 12 volts to one of the injectors for a few seconds, but that is going to dump the fuel in the intake manifold where it can wash down a cylinder wall and dilute the oil. Mechanics don't have that kind of time. You can also press the valve stem if you have a test port on the fuel rail.
