1992 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 100T miles

My car, when in the neutral gear, has a high neutral intake of gas. It makes a noise which I ask from some machanical repairmen, it consumes more gasoline when in neutral state. What will I change in my engine?

I do not understand your question and hope you can rephrase it so that I can figure what might be wrong.

What is the idling rpm?
What do you mean by high neutral intake of gas?
