1989 Honda Civic 89 Civic si wont start

Electrical problem
1989 Honda Civic 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

tried popping the clutch, replaced bad alternator, replaced bad battery, everything else is fine, cranks over but wont start. Can anyone help out with this stumping problem?

89 Civic V6? Your civic is a 4 banger, anyways you may have a bad PGM-Fi relay.

I had this problem before too and I thought it was the spark plugs, alternator, starter, intake manifold, fuel injectors, fuel pump, but at the end it was the distributor that I needed to replace for my car, ever since my car ran perfect.
