1987 Honda Civic Car stalling

When I frist drive my car for the day about 10 miles out. IT start to stall and loose compresson.

When it stalls does it start back up if so check the fuel pressure if its within specs if okay test the ignition system-could be coil/s distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module and cam/crank sensor-
