1978 Honda Wagon 1.5L CVCC Engine

I down shifted accidently when I should have upshifted, trying to establish if timing belt shifted or if valves are damaged. Will not start. What should compresson be? Is the metal indent mark on cam wheel the alignment mark for resitting to TDC and retiming.

Take off the timing cover and look as if some force changed them take off the belt and realign the 2 marks. If it did jump time then their is a chance the vavles are ruined.
