Remote start systems

My girlfriend just purchased a 2003 Honda Accord and the dealership offered to install, and cover in a maintanence plan, a remote starter system. I just wondered if they are safe or give folks problems. I've seen signs around town of small dealers offering to uninstall them.

Remote starts work fine as long as they are installed properly. I am a mecp car audio and alarm installer and have no problems with the re mote starts I install. So check the install, take it to a local car audio shop and have them look at the install. Also make sure it is a quality part, dei is the best
