Hi I have a 1986 honda accord dx manual transmission, My car is overheating all of the time, I have replaced the transmission, radiator, fuel filter, and did a tuneup all in the last 2 months, the engine is smoking alot under the hood, it will overheat and then die. I went to put water in it today and it spit it out, can someone please help me.

Try the thermostat, check your hoses, water pump

You are having serious issues. I going to retell what I think you have said. Car overheats and uses or losses coolant. The engine smokes alot but under the hood. You put in a new radiator, not a used one right?

There are generally some smaller hoses that carry coolant and one of them could be leaking. The coolant must be hitting the exhaust system. Find the source of the leak and you might be ok. Are you sure it is not leaking at the radiator OR out the head?

The head could be warped. Heating the engine as you have mentioned does not mix well with a aluminum.
