I have a 1994 Honda Accord. 4 cyl with 138,000 miles. It runs very rough at idle. Once I give it gas and its going it runs very well and has normal power/ On th road you would never know it had a problem till you come to a stop and it starts shaking.

If it does this at idle it may be a worn engine mount. My 92 accord does it very roughly in reverse when cold and at idle in drive. Another tell is if your car also shifts a little rough.

Check for faulty coil, incorrect ignition wiring, inspect intake manifold gasket and vacuum hoses.

Let me add an easy and typically free check. Take the EGR valve off and clean it.
