Clicking sound in 1997 Accord

Recently it has started making a clicking noise when I accelerate from a stop while turning. (For example, if I stop at a stop sign and turn left onto a street and start off.) It seems like it mostly does it when I turn left, but I couldn't swear that it doesn't do it when I turn right. It clicks until I get up to around 10-15 mph then it stops and I don't hear it anymore. I haven't had any work done recently, though I did replace 2 tires a month or so ago.
