Me again in the philippines !
found the vss sensor but as yet haven't been brave enough 2 remove it n try the tlc. Soon
different topic 2day folks. My headlights r woeful n my eyesight ain't much better so I got a problem after dusk. Lol
each lens has 2 bulbs. Hb3 and hb4 I think. When I change between low n high beam only 1 bulb stays lit at 1 time.I.E. Outside bulb per lens appears 2 b the low beam and when I select high beam it goes out and the inner bulb comes on instead. Is that how it should b on a 95 accord or should both bulbs per lens stay on when I select high beam?
also on the low beam reflector there is a small reflector that sits in front of the bulb inside the lamp.I assume it's 2 achieve maximum spread of light inside the main reflector but in my opinion it makes the light dim. Is this reflector standard oe has someone added it at some stage?

Everything you describe is normal and standard. I believe that if you hold the dimmer lever, turn signal, in with the lights on that both elements of the headlamps will light but when released it will be either the high or low beam only.
