1995 Honda Accord wipers come on with headlights

I was going down the road turned my left turn signal on and the wipers came on left headlight went very dim and parking lights are out and left signal light wont flash now anyone have any idea what the problem is please help Thanks

It definately seems to be electrical problems here.
Was there any electric work done to your vehicle lately?. Fog lights put in, sterio, or anyone who have perform some sort of electric service for you and thy vehicle.

It seems like the relay are wired together to trigger signal + wiper operation.
Signal and wiper are 2 different things if yours is performing together I would question recent events. Car being fix. Or something of that nature, it shouldn't just do that buy itself.

Can you tell us, was this recently?

The car was in a front end hit about a month ago not bad tho did bust the head light on drivers side but done the repairs and had no trouble until now im wondering if its in the little wiring box under the headlight but I donno what it is can you tell me anything about this its just laying there unmounted Thanks
