The Check Engine light in my friends car is on, scanned for codes and nothing came up but it will not reset, any suggestions?

Call a local Honda dealer and ask for the service department. Explain to them the condition and ask what you can do. They will either tell you a quick fix or have you stop by at no charge to reset it.
