2003 Honda Accord Car Smell So bad after cleaning Englne Pl

I have cleaned my car engine with engine cleaner.
Since then my car smell really bad inside and outside both. When I start driving the vent which bring air from english smell really bad and after 10-15 min it gets better but I happens everytime. Secondly I did that in the garage so it also smell really bad though I have washed the floor but still smell is not going away.

Please advise what should be done. Getting really annoying :(

Hi there,

make sure that you have not picked up some plastic on the exhaust under the car and it is this that is stinking as it burns off, any fluid on the engine will burn of after a very short time.

Thanks for replying but one thing for which I am still little confuse while cleaning I got some of the cleaner in the vent under wipers. Anyways to get that off so the car doesn't stick so bad?

You will have to flush this with water, and my be a cleaner that dose not smell so bad, there is no much else that you can do.
