is it the a.C. Blower motor that is bad, if nothing blows at all ever?

It may be the blower motor yes. It may also be a blown fuse, a failed blower motor resistor, a broken wire, etc.

You need to located the blower motor harness connector and check if you have power and ground going to the blower motor when the switch is activated. If you do, then replace the motor.
