1999 Honda Accord engine stalls and backfires when acelerat

I have a 99 honda accord ex, everytime that I hit the gas, stalls and seems like if wants to die on me or backfires. I already change the fuel pump, spark plugs and cables are brand new. Please help what can it be?

Also check the distributor cap and rotor.
