I replaced the 2-way valve EVAP cannister and the vent shut valve. I followed the repair instructions that I have gotten from alldatapro. The fuel tank pressure sensor voltage should be between 2.45v and 2.55v. Mine reads 2.43v. Should I replace it?

No you should not replace the sensor based on this. I would run through this testing and find out what the issue is.

That 2 hundredths of a volt could just be a meter variation as well. Let's go through the testing and see what turns up.
