P1456 - EVAP Emissions Control System Leakage - Fuel Tank System

You don't want to drive your vehicle too long with this problem. First thing to check is your gas cap. Make sure your gas cap is on good and maybe take a towel and wipe threads where gas cap screws on. Have the code cleared and see if it comes back. If not, this was your problem. If it does come back on, you will want to get your vehicle serviced soon.
