1999 Honda Accord Car stalls and has trouble starting

The car will not start at times. It is at various times of the day and doesn't seem to be related to heat or moisture. It turns over but stalls after all the dashboard lights flash and there is a clicking sound. After a couple of tries it always starts again.

After these problems occurred for a few weeks the car stalled while driving. I was able to start it again after the lights flashed and the clickng occured as mentioned above. This has happened 5 times and once while I was driving on the highway.
