How do I replace the passenger side power mirror?

It appears that I have to take off the interior door panel to unplug the power cord. I am not sure how to take off the interior door panel.

There's 2 screws behind the cover of the door latch and 1 screw covered on the indside of the grab handle/pocket. You can pry out the covers with a small tipped flat head screw driver and the door panel pulls back then up.
