I changed the speed sensor on my 1997 accord since that was code the computer gave and my check engine light is still on and the D4 light is still blinking and I reset the computer why do you think im still having this problem?

What is the error code shown? Is the speedometer working now?

Bridge the SCS and count the number of blinks and get back.
