1996 Honda Accord tempeture gauge

I am wanting to put an external temp. Gauge on this car and would like to know where I can go in the block or water system with the fittings for the gauge that I have. The factory gauge is working only it starts off at the middle and not the cold mark please help me my wife is scared to drive the car not knowing what the temp. Is actually running thanks

Hi bruce langford,

You can just splice the gauge to the sending unit that is used for the original meter cluster or disconnect the original wire and attach the new gauge to it.
