1996 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 251XXX miles

my speedometer everything else work but the miles gauge it goes up to 20mph with out the car moving is tock but after a while it goes back to normal. None of the light comes on.

Try the Speed sensor. You can have it checked. They can hook it up to a machine the place to hook it up is behind your ashtry.
