Electrical problem
1995 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic unknow miles

I have a 1995 honda accord 4 cyl non vtech. The speedometer has been out for a long time, but works every now and again. I have replaced the VSS but that didnt help. My next idea is to replace the guage cluster but was wondering if anyone had any advice as to what it could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I would check the wheel sensors first, and the mainshaft speed sensor. Where was the sensor located that you changed?

The vehicle speed sensor was replaced, which is located somewhere near the top of the transmission. You can get to it from under the hood, its just kind of a pain.
